Each player is permitted to hold only one active ah4444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. ah4444 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ah4444 login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ah4444 support immediately. ah4444 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ah4444 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after this period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
ah4444 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
ah4444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are generally credited to your ah4444 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible . Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.
ah4444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Players must ensure their KYC verification is complete before submitting a withdrawal request. ah4444 will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete verification or incorrect payment details provided by the player.
